- Modified item views: Track comprehensive history including date, user, and ECO number any time item information or associated files are changed.
- Item lifecycle history: Track detailed item history on requests and changes, including revision number, status, user and effective date.
- Request and change lifecycle history: Track the date, status, user, notes, and notified participants every time a request or change is updated.
- Lifecycle stage inquiry: Visually evaluate the current lifecycle stage of an item, request or change through a dynamic display depicting available activities and common-sense lifecycle rules.
- Unresolved requests: Quickly identify requests that have not been adequately resolved, and view comprehensive details related to associated items / products.
- Temporary changes: Track history on expired changes including change number, current status, effective date, and expiration date.
- Future changes: Provide a complete log of pending changes including change number, status, “as of” date, and effective date.
